The WA delegate elections

The Snarfian Federation has held the WA position after our past WA delegate dissappeared or got no votes. A big progress towards a stable region would be the establishment of elections for the position of WA delegate.

My proposal:
Establishing elections for WA delegate every months. If this goes well we could also try to re-initiate the NWASC elections.

Let me hear what you think.
