[Plain-text copy] (Passed) Amend WA Land Bidding Act

Citing the recent departure and CTE of China China and the recent re-founding of Articmainia, I'd like to bring to discussion the procedures of land grabs once a nation CTE's.

As states here word for word from the map claims post <

* No relocation of territories whether mainland or colonies.
* If you missed an expansion, sorry, better luck next time.
* If you ceased to exist, other nations can claim your lands.
* If your RP needs a colony, it must be deducted from your lands. >

I would like to create a guideline system for land claims once a nation leaves the region and/or CTE's

I let loose the minds of the dozen to discuss this.

Official Amendment wrote:
Nations that CTE (cease to exist) for no longer then one month from the date of deletion will have their lands revoked from the official WA map. This means nations according to expansion rules can claim any and all parts of the land previously owned by the deleted nation(s)

Nations that leave the region and/or CTE outside of the WA for no longer then one week from the date of departure will have their lands revoked from the official WA map. This means nations according to expansion rules can claim any and all parts of the land previously owned by the departed nation(s).

I want any and all suggestions.
