Amendment entails addition of:

[In-discussion]: Meaning proposal, resolution, or otherwise is in discussion.

[At-vote]: Meaning proposal, resolution, or otherwise is at vote.

[Amendment]: Meaning an amendment to a legislation or otherwise has been proposed.

These tags (determined in specific instances), if not placed, may subject the original poster to a punishment for failure to properly [Tag] their thread.
