(NATO) Neutral Alliance Treaty Organization

The NATO is an international intergovernmental alliance organization of different nations which vowed to maintain neutrality on international issues and primarily preserve the interests of their individual nations and peoples regardless of race, nationality, or government and the promotion of long lasting peace in the World Alliance.
The Neutral Alliance Treaty Organization is governed by the NATO Council composed of ambassadors from members and occasionally convened with the national leaders. And the organization was founded by Eurussia through the Neutral Alliance Treaty.
- The Neutral Alliance Treaty:
PreambleThe Parties to this Treaty affirms their allegiance to the World Alliance and commitment to this Treaty in their desire to live in peace with all peoples and all governments with their determination to safeguard the freedom and civilization of their peoples.The Parties to this Treaty affirms their respect to the Constitution and commitment to their shared goals and aspirations with their resolve to unite their efforts for collaborative development and collective defense in the name of unity and preservation of peace.They therefore agree to this Neutral Alliance Treaty :Article 1The Parties agree to pursue a common understanding with each other through consultations aimed in promoting the interests of their nations and their alliance to avoid common conflicts with each other and maintain the solidarity and trust among their peoples.Article 2The Parties agree to pursue unity through strong leadership by assisting the Eurussia to maintain a democratic leadership and a strong participation of all the member states of the NATO Council.Article 3The Parties agree to pursue individual and collective economic development through strengthening their institutions of governments.Article 4The Parties agree to pursue individual and collective military development through strengthening their internal and external forces to achieve maximum capability.Article 5The Parties agree to respect the internal affairs of each other, except when one is endangered, either of the Parties may request the Eurussian Government to convene the NATO Council to collectively intervene in anyway through simple majority approval.Article 6The Parties agree to respect the foreign affairs of each other provided that such conduct of foreign diplomacy will have no impact on the integrity of the NATO and not inconsistent with the objectives of this Treaty.Article 7The Parties agree that an attack against one or more of them is considered an attack against them all. And the Party or Parties, so attacked, have the individual right to self defense recognized by Article 2 of the World Alliance Constitution and may retaliate on their own.The Party or Parties, so attacked, may request Eurussia to convene the NATO Council to collectively intervene in anyway through a simple majority approval.Article 8The Parties agree that they will maintain neutrality on all security issues and concerns in which they are involved and is expected to consult the NATO Council, convened by requesting Eurussia, to make a collective decision.Article 9The Parties agree to commit themselves to the objectives of this Treaty and commit their trust to the NATO by means of not participating to any other military alliance inconsistent with the principles of this Treaty.Article 10The Parties agree that their membership may be revoked on the grounds of violating any of the provisions of this Treaty decided by majority approval or in any cited grounds outside this Treaty decided by unanimous approval without the vote of the Party concerned.And if such membership is revoked accordingly or withdrawn voluntarily, the Party or Parties concerned may never be granted membership to the NATO.Article 11The Parties agree that accession to the NATO shall be granted through unanimously approved invitation of the NATO Council through Eurussia.NATO Member States

Why not Merge the thee WAPF with NATO?

Why not Merge the thee WAPF with NATO?
That's because they are different. The WAPF is under control of the Security Counsil, and deployed when commanded. The NATO is not related to the security counsil.
