Can I use my own custom stats. I am having a nation from another region help me with my stats.

The issue I have is that using NS stats limits creativity and player freedom. Plus, NS stats blows populations WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY out of porportion. under the NS stats I would have to be importing all raw goods needed to operate
