Forgot to not the Capitol Of Togana is Augusta. Its in the right sport marked on the map.

Mine is also missing, Ullmanor is at the south eastern tip

My mistake, should be there now.

I've added the missing claims to Togana along with a handy list of defectors. If any nations have claims that where accepted by Eurussia but never had them put in the map please send a link to the original post to sort it out. I thank you for your future cooperation!
