About defactors Newtonian and deanson are in the Old WA. Why don't you send them a telegram saying that their place in map deleted/removed or something

This one's kind of a stretch of a request, but here goes nothing.

I was once with the original World Alliance (some may remember me) then came over to its successor, the Global Federation. The last time I was here, I had claim over this particular piece of land alongside Apepistan in Northern Arcadia. I was wondering if I could revive this claim and continue where I left off, now a bit down the storyline of my nation.

The yellow line and dot represents my capita, New Ostia.

Welcome back New Rhodinia!

All the nations that had ceased to exist are now more or less removed from the map to make way for new nations! We must rejoice in the vast tracts of land before us! A poll will be set up to decide the fate of defected nations that show no sign of returning. Furthermore I will look into accommodating the requests of Shockwave and New Rhodinia. Remember to be excellent to each other, until next time.
